Troon North, Scottsdale - Setting comfortably on the northern edge of Troon North Community, this course boasts the Arizona views north of Pinnacle Peak. Home owners in Troon North get preferred T-times and reduced green fees. Fees start at $185 and $210 for weekends. Expect them to be higher around January. 480-585-5300 for more information on golf. Rancho Manana, Cave Creek's only Golf Course! - Greens fees are approximately $85. Membership is $10,000 non-refundable or $18,000 refundable (after 15 years from purchase). Boulders, Carefree - Ownership in the Boulders community is required plus $80,000 initiation fee for golf membership. Social members pay $28,000 initiation and $239 mo for single membership. Beautiful community at the base of Black Mountain. Walk to El Pedregal to shop or dine!
DC Ranch, Scottsdale - Amazing community at the base of the McDowells! Membership limited to 350 members. Golf and Social Memberships available. Premier golf membership at $150,000 plus $880 monthly fees. Social and Clubhouse memerships also available. Call me for further information.
Desert Highlands, Scottsdale, Beautiful desert course designed by Jack Nicklaus in 1983 nestled by Troon Mountain and Pinnacle Peak. Non-equity memberships available for $75,000 plus monthly dues of approx. $800.

This Guard-gated community with mostly custom estate homes, have some smaller townhomes and patio-type homes. Golf Membership is approximately $110,000 with $795 monthly dues. Social membership is available for $20,000 with $305 monthly dues. Property ownership not required.
Whisper Rock, Scottsdale - Beautiful views, sensitive design ordinances, manned guard gate and convenient location puts this community in the top rankings. Membership for the courses are $130,000. The club is limited to 325 individuals per golf course. There are two courses. Membership is sponsorship only. Fees are $700 per month. No purchase of homeownership required and vise versa. Memberships by sponsorship and invitation only. If you are not a golfer, you can still enjoy this beautiful gated neighborhood!
